Founding Advisor & Former President
Dr. James A. Omps served for many years as President of the International University of Entreprenology, continuing the vision established by his late father, Dr. James R. Omps, one of the founders of Entreprenology. As Founding Advisor, he provides historical continuity, philosophical guidance, and the living legacy of the University's origins. His lifelong work has championed experiential learning, creative thinking, and leadership prepared to embrace change.
President
Dr. Pauline Crawford is President of the International University of Entreprenology and a global leadership mentor, author, and entrepreneur. She has spent more than four decades working with leaders, entrepreneurs, governments, universities, and international organizations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States. Pauline is committed to advancing Entreprenology as a leadership philosophy that brings together knowledge, experience, and imagination to prepare leaders for a rapidly changing world.
Director & Treasurer
Dr. John Schindler is a physician, educator, entrepreneur, and futurist with a lifelong passion for learning and human potential. As Director and Treasurer of the International University of Entreprenology, he contributes strategic insight, financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to innovation. His work bridges medicine, leadership, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, helping guide the University's evolution for future generations.
Director & Secretary
Dr. Shain Hymon is an entrepreneur, strategist, and systems thinker dedicated to building innovative organizations for the future. As Director and Secretary of the International University of Entreprenology, he brings expertise in organizational development, emerging technologies, and operational excellence. His focus is on creating the structures and systems that enable Entreprenology to grow globally while remaining true to its founding principles.
Director & Vice President
Dr. Rebeca Forero is an international executive, leadership strategist, and advocate for ethical governance and sustainable development. As a Director and Vice President of the International University of Entreprenology, she brings extensive experience in global partnerships, organizational leadership, and collaborative governance. Her focus is on ensuring that the University's growth is guided by integrity, inclusiveness, and long-term stewardship.
