In every enduring institution there comes a moment when continuity and renewal meet.
For the International University of Entreprenology, that moment is now.
Founded to recognize that true education is built not only upon knowledge, but also upon experience and imagination, the University has always challenged conventional thinking about learning and leadership.
Over more than five decades, that vision has been pioneered by Dr. James R. Omps, carried forward his son Dr. James A. Omps, and enhanced by a global community of entrepreneurs, educators and visionary leaders committed to preparing people for a changing world.
Today, the University begins its next chapter.
Building the Next Horizon is my Mission
My appointment as President represents more than a change in leadership. It reflects the continuing evolution of Entreprenology itself—honoring its founding principles while expanding its reach to meet the opportunities and challenges of the twenty-first century.
My journey to this role has itself been international.
Born and educated in the United Kingdom, my work has taken her across Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States, mentoring entrepreneurs, business leaders, governments and global organizations. In 2011, a meeting in Budapest with Dr. James A. Omps began a partnership that would unite complementary perspectives around a shared belief: that leadership flourishes when knowledge, experience and imagination come together.
Was it an accident meeting or divine intervention?
I believe it was destined to be partnership and a marriage that would help the University evolve its legacy for a new generation.

As the University's first female President, I am truly honored to bring both continuity and a fresh perspective to that vision.
Supporting this next chapter, we have an amazing Board of Directors whose experience spans leadership, entrepreneurship, medicine, governance, innovation and emerging technologies. Together they are committed to preserving the University's heritage while building the foundations for its global future.
The principles remain unchanged.
In all our programs, interventions and awareness strategies we bring Knowledge, Experience, and Imagination together. These are the building blocks to underpin innovative and extraordinary enterprises that have a regenerative purpose and abundant societal calling.
Yet the world around us has changed.
The International University of Entreprenology continues to evolve so that future generations of leaders are equipped not merely to adapt to change, but to shape it.
The next horizon begins here to complete the conversation between women and men and the future of our planet.
Entreprenology has always been about human potential - it is born with you.
My life's work has shown that human potential is greatest when women and men build together. That's not an addition to the philosophy of Entreprenology; it's an expansion of it.
My presidency matters not because I am the first woman; it is because I am the first leader to weave together the University's founding philosophy of Entreprenology with a global vision of authentic partnership, innovation, and leadership for the future. That is a genuinely historic next chapter.
